Multiple Secure (ssl) domains pointing to one account

I have a few domains which all share the same codebase and there are a few pages that detect the host name an change small details based on which domain name was used.

I would like to add SSL for a few pages on this site and make it available on all of the domains.

These are NOT subdomains of the same domain. They are totally separate domains.

I don't mind upgrading my account if that is what is necessary. I would just really like not to have to maintain two copies of the same exact code.

You can look into Multi-domain SSL. Some provider offers up to 100 domain names per certificate.
