Permissions problem on Wordpress

    Hello

    I've installed a new Wordpress. Its working ok.
    I installed Wordpress v3.4 and we upgrade to v3.5 easily via Wordpress Control Panel.

    But trying to Update (via Wordpress Control Panel) plugings and themes appear this error:
    Download failed. Destination directory for file streaming does not exist or is not writable.

    How I fix the permissions that need Wordpress?
