QUICK Help : How can I download rdl file from SQL Server Reporting Services on DiscountASP.NET?

Hello,

Quick help is appreciated,
I would like to download the old file from Reporting Services 2008 on DiscountASP.NET. I created the new report files using Report Builder 2.0 and uploaded on the Reporting server. I need to open the old rdl file and review the content. Can you please help how? I tried different ways, and I'm unable to download?

My role has below in security area.
Browser, Content Manager, My Reports, Publisher, Report Builder
