Hi, I want to remove the credit card information of my client from the Control Panel, I searched the KB but found nothing. I think we must have control of that information, and not let stay there forever, even if we leave the service.
You can't remove the credit card information completely because that field is set up to detect errors, and it sees no credit card number as a card number error. I'm not sure what the billing department's policy is on that, but I'm sure if you open a ticket they can accommodate your request.
