Hi, I have dancebiznetwork.com hosted with you. During my last live event, we had a lot of latency and delay issues which was caused due to the network outage from your side. I created a support ticket and suggested that there should be some sort of communication pushed from your side, rather than publishing the important updates on your forum only. The support person responding to my ticket suggested that I should post the RSS feed suggesting, which you may take it up and give us a little piece of mind in dealing with important updates. Thanks!
