I am trying to set up my smartermail on my sprint instinct and have been unsuccessful. I tried to adapt the IPhone KB article with no luck. Has anyone had any experience setting up smartermail on the instinct? Thanks!
In general, to setup email client of any sort, all you need to do is to provide it with 1) Incoming mail server (POP3 or IMAP) 2) SMTP server 3) login / password. I do not have a sprint phone and can't really give you step by step instruction. If you still have problem, I suggest you contact sprint support and they should able to walk you through the setup (make sure you have the above server / login information ready before you call them).
Thanks for the response. I just figured it out. I was not putting the full email address in the Account box. It asks for email and then account, so basically you have to put the full email in twice.
