With Firefox/Chrome on MacOS platform users are not able to login. They can select which committee (CEAA or CETAA) but then they will not be able to enter Username or Password. www.ieeetally.org/login/login.aspx Furthermore, I do not have a Mac to test with. Is there a list of do's and don't that I can use to insure compatability? Is there a way to test my site without having a MacOS machine?
Not really, unfortunately. There are best practices and code validation, but there isn't really a 100% foolproof way to ensure that your web site works the same way for everyone (even the most basic html renders differently in different browsers). Usually we're focusing on making things work for most people. But if you've got users with specific problems, you really need access to the platform they are using to do any useful debugging.
