Visual Web Express and SQL 2008 Mechanics

  1. I attached my mdf file, and it went well. I can write code and display it in my site.
    Howeven, I'm going slowly. I have been running locally, adding data locally. Now, when I copy that expanded mdf file up to SQL 2008, is there anything I SHOULD DO ? I just copied it, and reattached the new increased file again. Works fine.

    My only gripe is, sitting at home, when I finally solve something, like being able to get my connection string to work, the only person around to high five with is my dog Bill. And he just doesn't appreciate it ! At least back in my working days there was some poor soul that had to put up with me dancing around , who could show some appreciation ! < grin />

    I have always found that a nice martini or two fingers of Laphroaig are a decent private celebration. ;)
