  1. :confused:This is the first time I try to deploy my website, with Discount.ASP.net
I want to try it , because I use a lot of tools that I know are compatible.
But I can't find any explanation for starters, like step by step, how to setup a new website .And the links here don't send you any where. The words of the entire site are too small, and I feel that I waste my time looking around and I can't find the answer.
I think that it's important have a guide for new starters.
I have IIS7 instaled in my computer and I try to upload the files and i'ts fine but then I can't see my website online only the page of DiscountASP.net.
I think I need to configur well the new host (DiscountASP.net )with IIS7 and I can't find here any clear explanation in how to do it.

If any of you that are reading this post find it, please let me know, because probably helpme a lot, to not waist my time.
I fell like I'm like this

  2. Hi,
There have been requests for a very basic Webcast (Video) for this in the past.
This is something that will no doubt come up more often with all the new tools and technologies coming out of the gates.
I will work on this. What will make the Webcast best?
    i.e. What should it cover.
    All the best,
    Mark

  4. wisemx,

If I may chime in, there seems to be plenty of information about how to deploy a site and database, but very little information about to manage them once they are deployed. So if I had my choice I would like to see what I call Admin Basics 101. Topics might include how to update a site with new content, how do you monitor a site and its database, routine maintenance, and so on.

    Regards,

    Rich
