sub.domain pointing to DASP server

Hi,

I had an account with IXHosting where I added a sub domain to an existing domain.

In the IXHosting account/control panel I correctly created a CNAME record pointing to "cisatoolsco.web708.discountasp.net"

explained:

$ host -t cname cville.cisatools.com
cville.cisatools.com is an alias for cisatoolsco.web708.discountasp.net.

Now, the IXHosting guys are telling me "your server is not sending the correct response".

Can anyone help?

 

The dig looks right and the CNAME is working, so I would ask them what they mean by:

That's pretty vague.
