FTP Access Denied

    I am getting an access denied when trying to log into my FTP site. I have tried stopping my web site and recycling my application, but it is not working.
    Can you please assist.

    never mind. I thought the pipe symbol was a slash meaning the user name could be either what was on the left or right side of the pipe. I am ok now. Thanks
