Hi, I've been trying to get a status update on 2 support tickets 404927 404493 and haven't heard anything for hours. Is your ticket system having trouble today? I really need some sleep, but I need to know what is going on & why the discountasp servers won't accept email from datingadvice.com when they will do everthing else. It's been almost 24 hours and the server won't accept email from datingadvicediva.com . I can send mail, i can login to the pop3.datingadvice.com, my website work terrific but the accepting of email is dead. It doesn't make any sense. I know someone worked on it earlier because they added an email account. How can I find out what is happening. I would really appreciate your help! Kathleen [email protected]
