It won't let me login or web deploy. it says unauthorized but i use the username and password included in the email sent to me? Any help?
Make sure you grant access to the primary user and Web Deployment Tool in the Control Panel under IIS Tools -> MS IIS Manager. Please also double check that you don't have any antivirus/firewall software blocking port 8172. If you run into further issues, you can open up a support ticket here.
