New client subdomain only

I'm afraid that we can only host a subdomain (abc.domain.com) if we also host the primary domain (domain.com).


If you run your own DNS you can redirect subdomain traffic to an account here, but you would need the unique IP add-on on the account. A normal account uses a shared IP for the entire server, so you cannot point traffic to the IP and hit a specific account.

If you have a unique IP, yes.Thatis an add-on service ($5/month).
