If you're having problems signing into the FTP server, please use the Support Portal in your DiscountASP.NET Control Panel and create a ticket with the Technical Support department. One of the support specialists will be able to provide you with some help.
You should actually be able to use the information that is found in the Account Info/Edit page in the Control Panel. It should list all the FTP information you need. Are you getting any specific errors?
