   Is it possible to create a new hostheader for a website? For instance Id like to create a url of testweb.mydomain.com and don't want to see the 'Web Page Unavailable' msg

   Yes. You can point other domains to the IP as long as you have control of the DNS.

   Upgrade to a unique IP ($5 per month), once you do that, you do not even need to setup host header. *.yourdomain will go to your site.
