I'm using the javascript window.open command on my site to open up explanatory information windows. Everything works fine on Firefox, Chrome, and Safari, but IE7 opens another tab instead of a popup window. Is this a Microsoft problem? Is there a workaround? Am I doing something non-standard? You're absolutely right! Thanks for the information. I never would have thought of looking there for the solution. Perhaps I'm just used to that Washington State company doing things in a non-standard way with its browser. /emoticons/smilewinkgrin.gif
