A Billing Contact

  1. So far I like discountasp.net services, but I got double billed and am left waiting for a person to respond via email. I strongly believe that if a person has billing issues, they need to have a direct contact to a person, not to a automated email service. I believe a double bill issue should be 100% priority, if I don't a get a response by this afternoon, I will start calling every # I can find to have this resolved.

    Our Billing Department is open from M-F 9am-5pm PST. If you sent in a ticket and got an autoresponse, then we received your ticket. Our Billing department will investigate the matter and get back to you. If there is an issue, we will resolve it. I can assure you that we are not in business to rip off customers by double charging.

    You can always review your Billing History in your control panel. Most likely, you were not double charged. You are probably seeing charges of hosting fees and addons that you ordered.
