   My colleague is trying to access an MS Access DB using a reference to Microsoft.Office.Interop.Access, which fails. I understand there are no Office PIA's on the server.
   
   Is there a way to use the Access classes from within VB.NET?

   Why would you use this InterOp class?
   
   Use OleDB class instead
