Accessing email account using Outlook fails

    Hi,

    I'm trying tosend a mailfrom an Outlook client. I get this back ..

    Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'mail.swenug.com', Server: 'mail.swenug.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

    I have no problem receiving from the POP3 server.

    Can someone help me out, please.

    hi bruce, im having problems with all my emails, if you get this, can you have someone email me please..i can only access it via webmail..thanks

    Based on the error, i think your network is prohibiting you from accessing email.

    Try disable your antivirus software and try download mail again.

    no thats not it, was working fine until i signed up the new site and created 2 new emails .. they didnt work, and my mother created a ticket/emailed support and they got them to work, but after that none of our emails work through outlook express anymore, nothing on our PCs have changed.

    thanks, Ill wait for them to process the ticket for now..
