Account Suspended

  1. One of my client's just had their account suspended as a result of sending out too many emails to their customers. I have not been able to get a response from you people as to whether their account will be reinstated or not. They are losing money as a result of this suspension and if you don't let them know what the next steps are, they will have to find another host. They have promised not to let this happen again and I plan to implement some coding that will prevent it in the future.

    What do you suggest?
