If the account was suspended for mass email you should have received a notice. Just reply to that notice and explain the situation. When we send out that notice and the account owner does not respond, we do not re-enable the account.

  2. Hello mcp,

Yes, if indeed received the notice and I have replied to support about the incident, who have informed me that the explanation given rise to managers (sorry for translation), perhaps by the time difference have not yet replied to that account (in fact it has become someone responsible for notifying me in reply, but I doubt it at this time for this festive day), on the other side right now there is no hurry for change of domain, not just what they want is to lose the account and the annual payment.

Moreover I'm responsible for remove from the control panel the only scheduled task that is what makes the mass mailing when the site is enabled, except if you did the favor of 'turning off' the task for me /emoticons/blush.gif , on the other hand, the current domain will be changed by another that is what should really be housed there using the typical contact forms (but not carried out any mass mailing ).

Anyway thank you very much and my apologies for what caused.

    Merry Christmas!

  3. First of all Merry Christmas,

The company for which work has recently acquired an account with discountasp in USA (we already have one with discountasp in UK) and one of our operators by mistake has not 'taken the time to read the privacy policies' (previously thought to host a domain for legal mass mailing), for that reason our account is currently suspended by conducting a mass mailing (exceeding the daily limit) through a scheduled task, and I apologize in my name and our company for that.

So far all this is well and I'm not complaining at all for this inconvenience, but if I would like to reactivate the account to host another domain (which makes no mass mailing), for this reason I would like to know whom should I go for it, from now thanks.

Again Merry Christmas for all the Staff (and all those who read this).
