Add and modify files on hosted website

    I have an application on a website hosted by discountasp.net and need to periodicallyto revise and add .aspx and .mdb files to the application. This is a secure application with membership limitations. I'm new to sql server and need help in doing this.Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
