Add new extension mapping

    Hi,

    Is there any way to add new extension mapping to virtual directory or the entire site. Normally you would do it under Application Configuration in Home directory tab in IIS. It would be helpful while working with dynamically created ASP.NET pages.
    PS: It would also be helpful to have an ability to manage virtual directories as in IIS.
