I think it looks really good..loads well..layout is nice. About the only thing I'd consider is slightly simplifying the home page. It looks like you were trying to fill up space rather than get to the point. The upper left is laid out like links but there are the selling points. You have 2 top navigation bars, 3 left side nav bar groups, 1 bottom nav bar, and several places to go from the upper middle part. It's a preference I guess, but I like to simplify a bit more.
