Anyone Ever Used MultiPowUpload 3.0?

I am trying to get this MultiPowUpload 3.0 control to work on my client's website. It is basically a flash movie which allows multiple file selection then upload. I can't seem to get it to work. Hoping someone has fought this battle before me!

Error information are fairly minimal...

HTTP Error, '500' occurred. Internal Server Error. Usually it means that receiving script have errors. Please see http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec10.html#sec10.5.1 error code definitions for more information.

I re-read the instructions this morning for this thing and found the problem. The IIS application needed to be created at a lower level than I had created it for the control to work. It is properly uploading pics now and is a REALLY cool control
