1. Is there anyway to make the URLs that a web user sees only include page titles and not the additional parent and page id information?

2. I am trying to incorporate a form into my pages, but when I submit the page with the form on it, it comes up as an error in a web browser. How can I fix this?

3. I am not the person who actually designed our website. Is that original code stored somewhere on DiscountASP.net?
