  1. Sorry to bring up domain pointers again. I know there has been a lot of questions concerning the setup. I have a DASP domain and just purchased a domain pointer to a second domain. I have read several of the forum posts regarding redirection including http://support.discountasp.net/KB/a...omain-to-a-subdirectory.aspx?KBSearchID=18252

However, I am using ASP.NET MVC and don't have any experience with ASP 2.0 or 3.5. I know the routing is handled differently using ASP.NET MVC. MVC register routes in a route table which is constructed in the Global.asax file. The defaul.aspx page is empty.

Does anyone have any experience with ASP.NET MVC and how I would use the domain pointer?

BTW shouldn't there now be an ASP.NET MVC tag or category?

It looks like you (or someone else) already tagged this post MVC. If we see enough posts on the subject to warrant a new category we'll set it up. A search for MVC should also work, as the search engine is set to index down to 3 letters.
