ASP.NET MVC - Do you support?

Hi - Rob Conery here and I'm wondering if you guys support MVC (or will soon). If you need help from us - let me know. We have some users on our forums who are very interested.

 

Not even in beta yet - just CTP . But there's no go-live associated so people are wanting to get there sites out there.

People can load the DLL up but there appears to be a permissions issue that causes the app to hang. We're looking into it on our end, but the problem is basically that

1) if you're running Cassini it works
2) if you load it to 2003 Server it works if it's GAC'd
3) if you load it to an ISP it doesn't work

I think it's permissions - any thoughts? I'm on the MVC team btw and would love to nail this issue if you can help me....

Have been running tests on my XP Pro SP2 machine but have not tested anything here yet.
I'll get a few tests running within the next hour or so.
(My SQL Server was on the hardware that failed today...Thanks for getting it back up so quickly.)

 

Looks like the extensions do need to be installed.
Simple tests are failing, even just adding the reference to the web.config

I'll try again tomorrow but to be honest I'm scratching at pretty slim ropes on this one.

Any updates on this subject ? I've registered an account with dasp last week and it would be nice tobe able to usemvc framework.
