ASP.NET website Administration Tool

I am using Visual Web Developer Express. I've created my website and used the "ASP.NET Website Administration Tool" to administer the logins and permissions. Allworks fine successfully in the localhost world.
I've successfully copied the site to DASP and am able to open up my MAIN LOGIN page from my browser, however when I enter my logins and password, I get the following:

"An error has occurred while establishing a connection to the server. When connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure may be caused by the fact that under the default settings SQL Server does not allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 26 - Error Locating Server/Instance Specified)"

Of course being new to this development, I know Im doing something majorly wrong in the process. Please can anyone assist in what the cause may be. I dont know how the Administration tables are copied over in the process since I see no tables in the move so Im lost how to troubleshoot this. It may be the database SQL tables are not moved over also, thanks.

 

DiscountASP does not support SQL Express, which is the database used by the membership provider by default. You'll need a SQL 2005 database. See this knowledgebase article:
