ASP Substitute for Server-side Includes

  1. Not having control over the choice of Webhost, I find myself now stuck with a Windows-based server, which does not use server-side includes. Apparently, ASP has some sort of substitute for this. Could someone please tell me what this is and how to code my pages for it?
     
  2. You can use the same #include syntax outside the ASP code.
     
  3. I don't have any ASP code in my pages. It's all html.
