ASPNetEmail and Forms

There is a good "HowTo" showing code to use ASPNetEmail to send a set email message from a DiscountASP site page. Would it be possible to see a sample code utilizing ASPNetEmail to send the contents of a simple form? I tried using ASPNetEmail's tutorials/samples, but they resulted in multiple errors when sent from my DiscountASP site. Many thanks.
