ASPUpload without the pop-up

How can I have an ASPUpload progress bar on my page, instead of as a pop-up the way their demo code works?

I am very much a newbie... any help would be appreciated.

I am just using the demo code pointed to from discountASP

The problem is the demo code for ASPUpload creates popup windows with the download progress bars.

I would like the progress bars to simply be on the page. No pop-ups.

I understand... I was hoping that somebody on the forum might know. Is there a better forum perhaps?

I was suspecting that it requires the use of IFRAMEs (something else I am not familiar with) to make it work.
