Atlas AutoCompleteExtender Errors with IE Page error - Access is denied.

I have a form that has a Atlas AutoCompleteExtender that tries to access the Solutions web service,I get an IE access denied page error.

To test if I was doing something worng I uploaded the ajax sample website and the same IE page error occurs and tried their autocompleteextender.

Has anyone seend this and know what the problem is.

After further investigation, it seems that all controls are failing.
