Auto –responder email server sending an old message

This issue I am having has to do with the web-server e-mail Auto-responder message. The problem is not on the web-server e-mail server side. The web designer that I am currently using does not have a lot of ASP experience.

Briefly, the primary e-mail account has the correct updated auto-respond message in it. The problem is it’s sending a message that is an “older” message. The problem is in the code of my web-designer. If I send an e-mail from my personal e-mail account to the primary e-mail address I receive the correct auto-responder message. The link on my web-site that sends an e-mail to the primary e-mail account is once again sending an earlier (older) version on the auto-respond message.

Do anyone have any ideas or is there any ASP consultants want to help with the problem.
