Hi there, 2 Questions I've uploaded a web application to the root folder. However, it does not seem to contain all of the folders I had in my application. 1. Is it alright for me to delete everything in root and start over? I'm not sure if there were any pre-generated folders before I uploaded my application. 2. Does discountASP.net keep any backups of my files? So if I wanted to backtrack to an earlier date, and drop all changes I have made since (eg: new files/folders..). Thanks, James
Hi James, 1) Yes, you can delete all the files in your account. 2) Please review our Service Usage Policies: http://www.discountasp.net/userpolicy_usage.aspx "Customer is solely responsible for making back-up copies of Member Content." We do keep backups for emergency purposes, however, there is an administrative fee if you would like us to retrieve one for you.
May I know how to perform a backup of my website? I just want to transfer all the files from the root to my computer, before I delete them from discountASP.net and start over. Thanks.
