Ban certain ip addresses

    Hi there,

    is it possible to stop requests from certain ip addresses? is there some kind of a firewall in discountasp for that purpose?

    The thing is that, server on a specific ip address(96.31.78.133) is requesting now and then. the requests are for pages that do not exist and they are periodically, I dont know what server this is and Id like to stop it.
    can this be done?

    You can do this.

    If you're on a Windows 2003/IIS6 server, you'll have to give the IP to support and they can block incoming requests from this IP.

    For those on Windows 2008/IIS7 servers, you'll have to use IIS Manager, and you are able to block IPs on your own.
