  1. Good Days,

    I have a new client that I am trying to get him his hosting service from DiscountASP.net since I am used to everything in here, but he has a few billing related questions.

    He understands that we have 30-day money back guarantee here. What happens if he decides to kill the project that we are working on right now after the 30th day and cancels his account? Is he going to be paid back as prorated for the remaining of the service?

    Thank you,

    - Niyazi

    i recommend you open a support ticket to our billing department.

  3. There is no hosting at this time since he has not purchased the service yet.

    He just has some questions to be answered before the purchase, and I have been trying to convince them.

    This is a pretty simple inquiry. Is he going to be paid back as prorated for the remaining of the service if he cancels the hosting after the 30th day?

  4. You can always email them directly for any billing related questions or issues. They'd probably be the best to answer these questions, as we mostly handle support related (or technical) questions here:

  5. I just showed him this thread in this forum. He was amazed with the speed of the responses that I got from you guys even in a community forum. He is now convinced. As far as the price goes, he knows very well that you get what you pay for.

    Thanks guys! You rock!

    I think you get more than you pay for here, but I'm biased.

  7. This place is great

    This company is so far ahead of the other places I've used it's not even funny. I am a programmer and the support you get from DASP is superb. Of course everything is relative. I'm sure people who run their own multi-million dollar hardware (at some Fortune 500 IT dept) think they are better, but for the amount of money I spend here (a few dollars a month? $10? I haven't even looked lately) the value I get greatly exceeds my cost.

  8. ...Good point.

    I've often used the Pizza analogy;
    Easy to suppose that anyone complaining about $10 a month for a robust Web server account might actually be spending $80 on Pizza each month, $960 annually.

    You probably won't live very long if you spend $1000 on pizza a year :>

  11. Fact: Pizza is a $30 billion industry in the United States.
