buying more email space

    How do I buy more email space? The Control Panel tells me to submit a ticket, but that system isn't in place anymore.:confused:

    You would contact our Billing Department. Click on the Support link in the control panel (top horizontal nav) for information on how to use the new Support Portal. We switched over to a new helpdesk system.

    What do you mean its not in place anymore? You will need to open a ticket to [email protected] and request for more email storage space. Make sure the request is authenticate meaning you either create the ticket in the Discountasp hosting control panel or you provide your discountasp account name and either the password to your account or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file.
