C# + Cron Jobs

    Hi, I've been looking for windows hosting not for ASP but to run my C# (compiled) apps that require the .net framework. Will I be able to run them? If so, is there a limit on execution time? I'd like to run the program periodically ... is there a method for doing that? I know on linux-based servers I could set up some sort of cron job (although I'm not completely familiar with the process, I know my other web host supports it), is there something similar for windows?
