  1. We subscribed and have a hosting package with you, I just want to know if we can change/hide or mask our nameserver information so it doesnt show up in domain tools

    from

    ns1.discountasp.com
    ns1.discountasp.com

    to

    ns1.ourwebsitename.com
    ns2.ourwebsitename.com

Hoping this would be addressed ASAP.

That depends on where your domain is registered. Some registrars (such as GoDaddy) allow you you set up the domain as a host, which would then allow you to use it as nameservers and point them to a unique IP here (so your account would have to have a unique IP if it doesn't already).

It's not the best solution, as both of your nameservers will use the same IP, but it does work. Alternately you can use a DNS service and make your domain a host there. It depends on how much complexity you're comfortable with. It's generally not something that can be done with a couple clicks here and there. You'll have to do some configuration and learn a bit about the function of a nameserver.

I think there are some other threads here dealing with the subject. When I have time later I'll see if I can find them.
