Can I re-new domain reg before it expires?

    I would like to extend my registration before it expires. Can that be done with discountasp specifically?

    Your domain name should be automatically renewed if you registered through us as long as your account information is current, otherwise, you would need to contact the domain registrar where you bought the domain name.

    To answer your question, no, we cannot "force" a renewal before the automated renewal process takes care of it.

    Although we are unable to force a renewal for your Domain name, as mentioned by MJP, you may want to contact the Billing department for a "possible" alternative solution.
