You can use the ASPPop component.

Check out documentation & sample at http://www.serverobjects.com/comp/Asppop3.htm

I want to send out e-mail messages to registered users. I can do that. However, I'd like to know if it is possible to write a program that would read the e-mail in one of my e-mail boxes. That way, I could parse it and flag the bounce backs in my database.

If anyone has example code, that would be appreciated.

BTW, if you are an ASP.net developer, we'll be offering another ASP.net POP component very soon.
