Can not retrieve directory listing using file zilla

Discussion in 'General troubleshooting' started by peternolan, Apr 6, 2011.

  1. Hi Guys,
before I ask the techs on a ticket....I am trying to connect via ftp to my crimes against fathers site www.crimesagainstfathers.com

I can't retrieve a directory listing. This is a new site and I am using the same options as other sites.

I am using filezilla. I can't imagine there is anything really different. Perhaps I need a new filezilla or something?

Anyway...anyone else seen this when the same things works on other sites here?

    Thanks

    Peter

    Hi Peter,

Try switching it to passive mode.
