Discovered just now that I cannot connect to my site over FTP. No error received, just refuses to connect even though the address is resolved. Have also tried the alternative FTP address (in the format ftp.[domain].web104.discountasp.net) and this does not work either. Any ideas? Anyone else with the same problem?
...The Outages section of these forums shows there were some recent issues with web104. I'd suggest opening a Support Ticket. All the best, Mark
Thanks for drawing my attention to this Mark - have now raised a ticket and will put an update on here as and when I know what's going on!
Problem resolved - Support have "successfully restored FTP service on the web server" following an apparent "issue with the FTP service". All done very quickly, thanks Support.
