I've tried 2 accessing my email using 2 different machines, and the website just times out with a message "IE cannot display this webpage". I already tested my internet connection and restarted the machines just in case. Please advise
...you were using IE. That's why try to ping the webmail server and open a support ticket if you still having problem with the email
