I am following instructions: gave permission to the user, choosing "connect to site", using alternate url excluding http:// as server, lowercase domain as site, same username and password as I use tologin to discountasp control panel but I am getting: Could not connect to specified computer. Detail: The server is not accepting remote connections.
not enough information to assist. I think you should open a support ticket if you still see the error.
Tip: On Vista and Win7 make sure you run it in Administrator mode. Pin it to the Start menu, change the properties to always run as Admin. Even if you are logged in as Admin it won't run that way unless you force it. All the best, Mark
