Cannot display image in Access 2007 on web page

    I am using Expression 4 and have a database in Access 2007, when I am on my local drive I can create a Gridview and the web page shows correctly in IE9. In my practice database I have four fields: Fname, Lname, picture, oixs.
    The pictures display when published from the local drive. After I FTP the files, the web page will appear but instead of the pictures I get the RED X. When I click on properties I get
    -http://www.kensrestorations.com/JEEP/4.%02%00%0d
    The file I am trying to display is 4.bmp located in the root directory of that subfolder /Jeep/.

    I get a 404 error when trying to view the image.
