Cannot find _database directory

    My FTP client cannot locate the _database directory, which has my database backup. Please tell me how to do it.

    Also, I do not see a way to submit a ticket, which I did formerly.

    Forget it.

    I now see my _database directory -- apparently I have to have a file there in order for it show up.

    Also I now see a Tickets option on the Support page.
