   I cannot Login into https://webmatrix2.discountasp.net:8172/MsDeploy.axd
   I already input user name and password that sent to my email.
   
   How to fix this ?

   This is not the correct URL to login. This is web deploy service URL. If you are trying to login to your test site with ftp client, please use Site name, which should be in the following form:
   
   userNNN.webmatrix2.discountasp.net
   
   where userNNN is your user name provided.
